This site is a portfolio. It has no accounts, no forms and no analytics. The only personal information I get is what you send me by email, plus the basic technical data any web host sees.

01Who I am

edgr.co is the portfolio of Edgar De La Vega, a photographer and videographer in Seattle, Washington. In this policy “I” and “me” mean Edgar. For anything about your information, email contact@edgr.co.

02What I collect

  • When you email me: your name, email address and whatever you include, such as dates, locations or reference images. I use it to reply, quote, plan and deliver a shoot.
  • When you book: the details needed for the job, like contact details, the agreement and invoices. Payments are handled by the payment provider named on the invoice; I never see your full card number.
  • When you visit: my host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. I don’t use it to identify you.

I don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or any other tracking on this site.

03How I use it

  • To answer you and do the work you hire me for.
  • To keep business, tax and legal records.
  • To keep the site running and secure.

I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it for advertising.

04Who else handles it

Only services I rely on to run the business, each under its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare hosts and protects this site.
  • My email provider stores the messages you send.
  • Pixieset hosts client galleries at edgr.pixieset.com.
  • Payment and contract tools named on your invoice or agreement.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone’s safety.

05People in my photos

If you appear in a photo or clip on this site and would like it taken down, email me with a link or a description. I’ll review the request and reply within 30 days, and I take down anything a person is uncomfortable with unless there is a strong reason not to, such as a signed release for that use.

06How long I keep it

Emails and client records are kept as long as needed for the work, and then for as long as tax and business record rules require (generally up to seven years). Cloudflare keeps its logs for a short period under its own policy.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask me to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live, including Washington, California, the EU or the UK, you may have further rights under local law. Email contact@edgr.co and I’ll respond within 30 days. You won’t be treated differently for asking.

08Other sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok and Pixieset take you to sites with their own privacy policies and cookies. This policy doesn’t cover them.

09Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent me personal information, email me and I’ll delete it.

10Security and location

The site is served over HTTPS. Cloudflare runs a global network, so technical data may be processed outside your country. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care.

11Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
